Valerie Brown-Williams
Attorney Valerie Brown-Williams earned her J.D. Degree from Mercer University in 1995. Mrs. Brown-Williams soon joined the law office of M. Kirby Wood & Assoc., where she worked for two successful years. Atty. Brown-Williams believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 1999, she founded Brown-Williams & Associates, P.C. Since then she has represented numerous clients in the State of Georgia, across the United States and our men and women serving in the armed forces overseas.  Admitted to practice before several federal, state, and municipal courts, Brown-Williams & Associates, P.C. has allowed Attorney Brown-Williams to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of personal injury, workers compensation, family law, wrongful death and much more.

Mrs. Brown-Williams is active in a number of professional organizations and civic organizations including the State Bar of Georgia, Dougherty Circuit Bar, C.B. King Bar Association and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. With a passion for helping children she has worked in the juvenile court system for more than ten years.

Karen R. McWhite
Karen R. McWhite is a professional, practicing attorney in criminal defense, family law,  personal injury,  and juvenile defense.   A native of Albany, GA, she strives to combine care and concern for the individual with being an effective attorney for her clients' cases.  Each client's case is treated with exceptional care and attention with the ultimate goal of a satisfactory outcome for the client.

Attorney McWhite received her J.D. degree from Southern University Law Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies in August 1999, with a concentration in Child Development for the University of Alabama.  Attorney McWhite has specialized training in Legislative drafting local, state, and federal bills which provides her with unique insight into the background of the law.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
